Journeyman Electrician
Sandbox+ is growing. Fast.
You can see it in the scale and complexity of the projects we’re taking on. You can see it in the number of install crews in the field. You can see it in the new services we’re building across Solar and HVAC. And you can see it in the roles we’re creating to keep up.
If you’re a Journeyman Electrician, this is an opportunity to step into that growth and keep leveling up your craft while you do it.
We’re opening a new role inside our Electrical Department. We've historically built our electricians from the ground up, and are growing so fast that we actually need to hire a Journeyman. Our team is full of electricians who came in, learned the trade, and earned their way to Wireman, Journeyman, and Master.
That’s still who we are.
We build people the same way we build systems - with intention, grit, and a standard that doesn’t bend.
Sandbox+ will keep growing, and our Electrical Department will grow with it. And the people inside it will continue to get better, sharper, and more capable through real work, real responsibility, and real investment in their development.
Here's some of what you will be doing
This role sits at the point where projects become real. You’ll be hands-on in tie-ins and commissioning, owning the transition from install to live system. You’ll help carry projects across the finish line - making sure everything is up to code, built to our standards, and dialed in for performance, safety, and long-term reliability.
We don’t separate quality from execution. This team owns both.
If you’re the kind of electrician who takes pride in doing it right, figures things out when others stall, and wants to be part of something that’s still being built - not just maintained - there’s a place for you here.
