Our HVAC Maintenance Technician will…
- Deliver high-quality maintenance and troubleshooting for residential HVAC systems.
- Respond to service and maintenance requests, diagnosing and resolving performance issues quickly and effectively.
- Perform tune-ups, system checks, and preventative maintenance to ensure long-term reliability.
- Record all service work in our CRM system and provide feedback to improve team processes and training.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, explaining system performance and service recommendations.
- Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure every customer has a seamless experience.
- Provide insight into equipment performance, maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles to company standards and uphold the safety, professionalism, and customer service that Sandbox Solar is known for.
We’re looking for someone who…
- Has 2–4 years of HVAC service or maintenance experience.
- Holds an EPA Universal Certification (required) and NATE or manufacturer certifications (preferred).
- Possesses strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, especially with heat pumps and residential HVAC systems.
- Communicates clearly, treats customers respectfully, and takes pride in getting the job done right.
- Works well independently but enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
- Is comfortable using tablets, apps, and CRM tools (Airtable experience is a plus).
- Has a valid driver’s license and a clean record.

Pay Range: $28–$32/hr depending on experience
This position is full-time, approximately 40 hours per week, and includes field and office work across Northern Colorado.We expect to have this job posted until the end of November 2025.
