Warehouse Associate

We have an immediate opening for a Warehouse Associate who will:
- Purchase Balance of Systems (BOS) and solar materials to ensure timely availability for solar projects and installations.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, tools, safety equipment, and office supplies.
- Schedule and oversee regular vehicle maintenance.
- Operate a forklift and drive a flatbed truck as needed for transportation of materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and office space.
- Maintain garbage and recycling.
Requirements for this position include:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Solid experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive a flatbed truck and operate a forklift (or willingness to obtain certification).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, self-motivation, multi-tasking skills, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to repetitively lift up to 50lbs.

- Aren’t able to provide influence and leadership with or without formal chain of command.
Pay for this position is $21-$24/hr
